This framework explains how Riverglass Studio School manages session bookings, payments and attendance in accordance with UK consumer and health regulations. By reserving a place, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following conditions.
Places can be requested through the online form or by phone at 441 524 731 405. Once your preferred date is confirmed by email, a deposit link will be issued. Payment can be made securely via card or bank transfer. Full payment is due seven days before the scheduled session unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations received more than five days before the session date are eligible for a full refund. Within five days, we will attempt to reschedule your place where possible. If the studio must cancel due to equipment maintenance, illness or safety concerns, an alternative date or full refund will be offered. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven working days.
Participants must arrive on time for the initial safety briefing. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the furnace is active. Closed shoes, natural-fibre clothing and tied-back hair are mandatory. All instructions from staff must be followed during the session to maintain a safe environment.
If you have respiratory issues, mobility limitations or other medical conditions that could affect participation, please inform us before booking. We will advise on suitability and available adjustments. The studio is single-level and accessible through a wide doorway, with seating available during demonstrations.
Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from issue. Bookings made using vouchers can be transferred to another person with prior notice. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash but may be used toward any available session.
Riverglass Studio School maintains public liability insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings brought into the workshop. Participants are expected to behave responsibly, show respect to others and follow instructor guidance. The studio reserves the right to withdraw a participant from the session if safety rules are ignored.
